Healthy Choices
Through family education and community advocacy, Healthy Choices strives to improve the nutrition and physical activity environment for adults and children in Milwaukee’s south side, so they can enjoy a healthier life.
HIV
The HIV Department is committed to the delivery of high quality culturally sensitive care in Milwaukee and surrounding areas, based on the National Model: Prevent-Test Link-Treat and retaining our patients in care to improve the quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS and prevent new infections.
Parenting Resource Center
The Parenting Resource Center offers a variety of services such as care for children during appointments, car seat classes and parenting classes, on-site for patients and their families.
Social Services
The Social Services Department works across the organization to bring extra care, advocacy, and resources around housing, safety, family and social relations and basic needs to our patients and community.
WIC | Women, Infants and Children Nutrition Program
WIC provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, supplemental nutritious foods and referrals to other health and nutrition services.
