To keep your family as safe and healthy as possible, Sixteenth Street will require that you wear a mask if you are coughing or if you have cold-like symptoms.
To make sure our clinics are safe for everyone, please ask for a mask and perform hand hygiene upon entering any of our buildings if you were exposed to someone who has COVID or have COVID or cold-like symptoms. Symptoms may include, but are not limited to:
- Any fever
- Cough
- Fatigue
- Shortness of breath
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
