It’s not always possible to get to a doctor’s office to receive care. Telehealth provides another option, allowing patients to be seen anytime, anywhere.
Telehealth is an important tool to help access behavioral health. The number of appointments that Sixteenth Street providers fulfilled skyrocketed from about 820 in 2019 to more than 27,000 in 2020 – a more than 3,000% increase. It’s just one more way we continue to bring quality health care to the communities we serve.
