Julie Schuller, MD, MPH, MBA, FACP
President and CEO
Julie B. Schuller, MD, MPH, MBA, FACP is President and CEO at Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers. A Milwaukee native, Dr. Schuller obtained a Bachelor’s Degree at Notre Dame, a Medical Degree and Master’s Degree in Public Health at Northwestern University Medical School, and completed an Internal Medicine Residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Schuller joined Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers in 1995 and has built her career there. She is passionate about the provision of quality health care for people living in poverty and underserved patient populations.
Dr. Schuller plays a leadership role in several organizations devoted to excellence in provision of services to medically underserved and vulnerable populations. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Collaborative on Healthcare Quality, the Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association, the Wisconsin Medical Society, and the Quality Committee of the Aurora Board of Directors. She actively participates in several committees of the Milwaukee Health Care Partnership. She is the Past-President of the Medical Society of Milwaukee County. Nationally she serves on the Clinical Committees of the National Association of Community Health Centers.

Pamela Wilson, MD
VP of Medical Affairs, Sixteenth Street
Dr. Pamela Wilson currently serves as Vice President of Medical Affairs of Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers. She has been with Sixteenth Street since 2002. From 2008-2011 she served as Director of Family Medicine, became the Medical Director in 2011, and has been serving as VP of Medical Affairs since 2017. Dr. Wilson received her Medical Degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) in 1999. She completed her Family Practice Residency in 2002 at St. Mary’s Hospital where she served as Chief Resident.
In 2015, Dr. Wilson received the Health Care Heroes Award from the BizTimes, and in 2014 she received the Humanitarian Award from Pastors United.

Maria Elena Perez, PhD
VP of Behavioral Health, Sixteenth Street
Vice Chair of the Milwaukee County Mental Health Board
Maria Elena Perez is a licensed psychologist and the Vice President of Behavioral Health at Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers on Milwaukee’s south side. She attended Northern Illinois University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology in 1988. She later attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for her Masters degree in Educational Psychology and then practiced in mental health in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She helped launch the Behavioral Health department at the Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers in the late 90s and eventually went on to earn her Doctorate degree in Psychology at Marquette University in 2007. Additionally, she has been an adjunct professor at Marquette University and has taught psychology courses at Milwaukee Area Technical College, Waukesha County Technical College and Lakeland University. She also performs psychological evaluations for the Latino Community and has been on the Governor-appointed Milwaukee County Mental Health Board since its inception. She is currently the Vice Chair of that Board and also chairs their Finance Committee. She is published in the Hispanic Journal of Behavioral Sciences and the Journal of Counseling Psychology. She has been a public speaker on a variety of topics in mental health has been featured on Telemundo's "Que Pasa Wisconsin," "Lake Effect" public radio, and the magazine "Enterate."
