VP of Human Resources: Sue Raymond, serves as the agency’s Vice President of Human Resources and Safety Officer. She is responsible for all Human Resources policies and safety program for the organization. She oversees employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, safety and compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. She has been with Sixteenth Street since 2003, serving a culturally and linguistically diverse community. She graduated from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. She has led human resources for more than 35 years in associations, social services and manufacturing.
