Christopher Luter,
Vice President of Information Systems
Christopher Luter, MBA, is the agency’s VP of Information Systems. He is responsible for the implementation, support, and acquisition of technology software and hardware for the agency. He leads the healthcare network in planning, implementing, and operating enterprise information systems and healthcare record solutions to support both the distributed and centralized clinical and business operations to achieve a more effective and cost beneficial enterprise-wide IT operation. Chris drives strategic and tactical planning for IT, oversees all computer and network operations, implements and support business productivity tools and supports users in the use of technology solutions while overseeing the technology aspects of disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Chris has an MBA, as well as an MS in Leadership and Organizational Change, and BS in Applied Management. He has over 20 years of experience as an information technology professional. Prior to his role at Sixteenth Street, Chris served as the Chief Information Officer for over seven years at Forest County Potawatomi (FCP), a tribal community in Wisconsin.
