The Volunteer Program at Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers is open to individuals, corporate group volunteers, public health students and community-based service learning programs. The Program includes a formal application process, interview, reference and background check and a signed agreement to abide by our confidentiality requirements.

Health Care coverage open enrollment ends on 12/15/17. SSCHC is hosting enrollment events on Saturdays, 12/2 & 12/9.
WE NEED YOU to help inform our neighbors – TRAINING PROVIDED!
No door-to-door or phone outreach.
