Paula Ortega Jenna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Sixteenth Street. Prior to her arrival, she was a Psychologist at the University of Saint Sebastian in Concepcion, Chile. She then participated in a Post Graduate training program in Marriage and Family Therapy at the Family Therapy Training Institute of Milwaukee in 2009.

She holds accolades in Infant, Early Childhood, and Family Mental Health Certificate Program-Advanced clinical practice and is a Certified Anxiety Specialist, along with being EMDR trained. She boasts 17 years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, families, and adults.

Her approach to therapy is collaborative and she integrates different modalities, depending on what her clients need.

She enjoys spending time in the outdoors and loves to hike during the summer and snowshoe in the winter.
