Natalia Quiñones graduated with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Marquette University. She completed her clinical training with Sixteenth Street, where it made her appreciate the individuals the clinic serves along with the work of the clinic, more.

She serves individuals across the lifespan, particularly adolescents, adults, and older adults that are both English and Spanish speaking. She understands that seeking help can be a big step. With a strength-based approach, she wishes to honor that by providing a non-judgmental, welcoming, and safe environment for each person. Recognizing individuality, she values working with clients to navigate mental health challenges and life experiences considering the connection between the mind and the body utilizing interventions and resources that best serve the client while bringing awareness to their strengths. Some of her areas of interest are anxiety, depression, generational trauma, grief, and family systems.

Outside of work, Natalia enjoys trying out new places for coffee, baking, going for walks, reading, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.
