Krissy Scardina graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in education. She received her master’s in clinical and mental heath counseling from Wheaton College. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
She worked overseas at an international school for three years prior to earning her master’s degree. Since receiving her master’s, she has worked in several different settings including schools, a partial hospitalization program, and has been involved in the community doing home visits and in the clinic. She has experience working with youth, families, and adults.
She takes a person-centered approach, working to create an environment that’s empathetic, warm, safe, and non-judgmental. She believes in the value and purpose of each person. She hopes to help people find their purpose and achieve their goals through a collaborative approach.
In her personal time, she enjoys being outside, exercising, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
