Elizabeth Dunst has been a Nurse Practitioner for over 17 years. Her training started in Critical Care Acute Medicine/Cardiothoracic Surgery. She’s certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and have had years of experience across the lifespan.

She worked at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center and Aurora Medical Center for years in Cardiothoracic Surgery managing Open Heart Surgical Patients.

Her philosophy is patient-centered care that prioritizes patients’ unique needs, values, and preferences. She emphasizes on listening to patients, educating them on their conditions, providing emotional support, creating compassionate environments, and actively involving them in their care.

She has a wonderful family with three children and she loves to hunt and fish with her family. She also enjoys kayaking, gardening, and hiking.
