Donna Sigouin is an experienced health care provider with extensive health care experience. Donna is a licensed, board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who sees patients through the lifespan from 6 years old and up. She graduated in May 2024. Donna completed her training at the Sixteenth Street clinic. Prior to that, she worked as an RN at the clinic since 2021 running the Covid/Flu clinics, and being a resource to the patients, staff and providers. Before coming to the clinic, Donna was a Director of Nursing for nearly a decade.

Prior to being a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Donna was a Registered nurse and worked for a decade in long-term care as a Director of Nursing. Prior to that, a hospital in Rehabilitation and Brain injury patients. Donna also holds an Occupation therapy associates degree.

Donna’s treatment philosophy is to treat the patient as a whole . For healing, connecting the mind, body and spirit are important.  She wants to “meet them where they are at” Donna always wants to take in consideration the patient, the family and any cultural considerations She loves educating patients and having them be an active participant in their care.

Outside of work, Donna like to spend time with her children, her family and friends. Donna enjoys volunteering at the food panty once a week on Saturdays. She likes to garden, hike and do anything outdoors.
