Dr. Culhane completed his undergraduate degree at Northwestern University (Evanston, IL) and medical school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. HE subsequently completed his residency in combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. He’s board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. While at Sixteenth Street, he completed the MATEC Clinical Scholars Program and is additionally certified as an HIV specialist (AAHIVM).
Dr. Culhane has been in practice at Sixteenth Street since 2018 and is currently the Medical Director of the Layton and Waukesha clinics. He provides comprehensive primary care for children and adults.
In his spare time, he enjoys running, biking, and spending time with his family.
