In-School Clinics
Our in-school health clinics provide students with convenient access to a range of medical services, including physical and mental health care. These clinics help improve student attendance and academic performance by eliminating educational disruption, while also eliminating barriers for parents in bringing their child to an appointment. Our in-school clinics address health issues early on before they become more serious.

To enroll your child and/or family member in our In-School Clinics, please click here or call us at (414) 897-5600. Parents do not need to attend visits for family members at our in-school clinics. Additionally, patients can be seen at our in-school clinics despite having a different primary care provider.
We accept patients regardless of insurance status. Our Patient Financial Services team will utilize our Sliding Fee Program in assisting you to pay your balance, along with working to find other applicable programs. Sixteenth Street will never deny care due to a patient’s inability to pay.
