Kathrine Pedriana earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Marquette University in 2004. She is BLS and ATLS certified.
From 2004 to 2008, she worked at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic in Toppenish, WA serving migrant farm workers. From 2008-2022, she worked in Emergency Medicine at Aurora St. Luke’s in West Allis. She’s been a part of the Sixteenth Street family since 2022.
Her treatment philosophy centers around providing efficient and accurate medical care in a culturally sensitive fashion. She’s fluent in Spanish and enjoys conversing with patients of all ethnic backgrounds. She also tries to make all of her patients laugh at their visit. She realizes that being seen during an illness or injury can be stressful and she strives to ease her patients’ feelings and create laughter during their visit.
She’s had the opportunity to live in Argentina, Costa Rica, and to spend time in Mexico. She enjoys being outside and her ideal day would be hiking followed by a swim in the lake. She’s climbed a mountain and swam across a lake in the same day, a testament to her adventurous mindset.
