Lisa Soboleski graduated as a Physician Assistant from the University of Lexington-Kentucky in 1992. Her clinical rotations were spent in the hills and hollers of Appalachia.

She has worked in emergency medicine, pediatrics, urgent care, occupational medicine, and family practice.

She also spent a year in the jungles of Guatemala in 1997 caring for Mayan Q’eqchi’ Indians who were displaced after the Civil war.

She has been at Sixteenth Street for over ten years.

She’s married to her husband and together, they’ve raised three beautiful children. They also have two dogs that they love to hike with.

She also volunteers in a flower cutting garden in the summer and has her own garden at home.

She has never grown tired of being a PA. She decided years ago that her best fit is in family practice, as it allows her the greatest opportunity to get to know her patients and give them the best care possible.
