Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy program helps individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall physical function. Located in the lower level of our Parkway clinic, we focus on maximizing mobility, reducing pain, and improving strength through a combination of treatment. Our team provides bilingual care in a one-on-one setting, allowing you to get to know your provider. We treat patients ages 6 years-old and up with a variety of diagnoses. Whether you are recovering from an injury or looking to improve your physical health, our physical therapy services are here to help you achieve your goals.
To make an appointment, please receive a referral to physical therapy services from your primary care provider, then contact us at (414) 672-1353. We also provide financial assistance, including a Sliding Fee Scale.
