Virtual Care

Sixteenth Street is proud to introduce Doctor on Demand, a video visit service for both new and existing patients. Appointments will be available either on a same-day or next-day basis. The clinic will operate Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, with extended hours on Monday and Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

Doctor on Demand will cover a variety of concerns:

Stomach Pain
Rashes
Medication Refills
Gout
Pink Eye
Allergies
Mild Cough/Cold Symptoms
Urinary Symptoms
Yeast Infections
STI Screening
Lice
Minor Injuries
Joint Pains
GERD/Heartburn
Hospital Follow Up
Emergency Room Follow Up
Management of Controlled Chronic Conditions

Limitations to what can be seen are:

Chest Pain
Breathing Concerns
Dizziness
Severe Vomiting and Diarrhea
Genital Exams
Physical/Annual Exams
Pre-Op Examinations
Well Child Checks
Prenatal Visits

We will see patients of any age. Minors must have a guardian present.

Patients may be asked to come in person if their concerns are unable to be fully evaluated over a video visit or if laboratory testing is necessary.
