Helping people thrive

Breaking down barriers so individuals with HIV not only live a long happy life - but thrive.

We're here to help individuals live their best life - whether that's with an HIV diagnosis, through prevention services or support groups.

The HIV Department at Sixteenth Street is committed to the delivery of high-quality, culturally-sensitive care in Milwaukee and the surrounding areas based on the National Model: Prevent-Test Link-Treat and retaining our patients in care to improve the quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS and prevent new infections.
