Yoga in the Park

Family friendly fun

Join your neighbors for an 8 week yoga in the park series! Every Saturday in August and September from 9:30 - 10:30 AM in Pulaski Park.

Don't have a yoga mat? Not a problem --- we have more than enough to share.

Volunteer Opportunities

Join the Department of Environmental Health in exploring and engaging with Milwaukee's south side through the following volunteer opportunities:

Habitat Restoration

Group opportunities available in May, June, July, September and October. Join us for a couple of hours outside weeding out invasive species from local parks.

Neighborhood Cleanups

Opportunities available in April and October. Help keep trash out of streets and rivers by volunteering at a local cleanup.

Environmental Education

Support staff in spring and fall programs at local elementary schools and summer family workshops. Participate in field trips like biking the KK RiverTrail and canoeing on the KK River.

Outreach and Canvassing

Support staff throughout the year to get the word out about our many fun family and youth-centered programs. Knock on doors and table at watershed-wide events.
