Community Testing and COVD-19 and Flu vaccine Sites

COVID-19 vaccines are free and available for anyone 12 years of age and older by scheduled appointment. 

Sixteenth Street currently has the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines. 

 

You must have an appointment to get a vaccine.

City of Milwaukee Health Department

Vaccines and testing are provided free of charge. COVID-19 testing is available for anyone 12-months and older, regardless of symptoms.

If you do not have an email address, do not have internet access, or need assistance with scheduling an appointment, please call the COVID-19 Hotline at (414) 286-6800 or email ASKMHDCOVID19@milwaukee.gov.

Flu shots

Flu shots are also currently available at the Northwest Health Center, Southside Health Center and the Menomonee Valley Site. Per CDC guidance, co-administration of the COVID-19 vaccine and flu vaccine during the same visit is completely safe. Individuals six month of age and older are recommended to receive their flu vaccine before the end of October.
