Community Testing and COVD-19 and Flu vaccine Sites

COVID-19 vaccines are free and available for anyone 6 months and older by scheduled appointment. 

Sixteenth Street currently has the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines. 

 

You must have an appointment to get a vaccine.

Vaccines and testing are provided free of charge. COVID-19 testing is available for anyone 12-months and older, regardless of symptoms.

If you do not have an email address, do not have internet access, or need assistance with scheduling an appointment, please call the COVID-19 Hotline at (414) 286-6800 or email ASKMHDCOVID19@milwaukee.gov.

 

Note: Beginning Oct. 3, all COVID-19 testing will be conducted at the Menomonee Valley Drive-Thru Clinic at 2401 W. St. Paul Ave.

  • Monday, Wednesday, Fridays: 12 - 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Saturdays: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
