Sixteenth Street offers MAT services in both Milwaukee and Waukesha for all people - whether you have insurance or not.

If you do not have insurance, the sliding fee scale is available with a minimum payment of $15. MAT treatment is available in both English and Spanish.

How does the program work?

Sixteenth Street's MAT program provides you with a combination of medication and therapy - all in the same place. A team of professionals work together to support you and guide you through the process.
