Sixteenth Street offers AODA services in both Milwaukee and Waukesha for all people - whether you have insurance or not.

If you do not have insurance, the sliding fee scale is available with a minimum payment of $30. Please note, all service must be paid in full before being discharged from the program. Payment plans are available. AODA is offered in both English and Spanish

How does the program work?

In our AODA program, Sixteenth Street uses the combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), medical care and behavioral healthcare - all in the same place.

  • Individual assessments and evaluation
  • Individual therapy for adults and adolescents
  • Group psychotherapy
  • Co-dependency groups
  • Relapse prevention
  • Drug screening
  • Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) - suboxone prescriptions and vivitrol injections **Therapy required with AODA provider
  • Driver safety
