Urgent Care
We provide walk-in care for when you’re sick or hurt and need to be seen right away. Care is available for adults, children, and infants.
Urgent Care is offered at our Chavez and Parkway clinics from Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
When you’re sick or hurt and it can’t wait, we’re here for you.
Visit Sixteenth Street’s Urgent Care clinics for:
- Cough, cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms
- Minor injuries, sprains, and strains
- Fevers of 100.4 or higher
- Vomiting and diarrhea
- Allergies
- Rashes
- Urinary tract infections
- Skin infections or abscesses
- Simple repair of skin cuts
- Sexually transmitted infections (STI) testing
- Diagnostic services | urinalysis, electrocardiogram (ECG), glucose, A1C, hemoglobin, pregnancy test, rapid strep testing, etc.
- Asthma exacerbation
- Wart treatment and toenail removal
If you have these symptoms, please go right to the emergency room:
- Severe chest pain
- Severe abdominal pain
- Sudden numbness or weakness
- Facial droop
- Seizure
- Fractures (no x-ray in clinic)
- Complex lacerations (cuts)
