Self- Esteem Empathy Empowerment Discovery of Self
SEEDS is our group therapy program for teenage girls aged 13 to 16. It is an opportunity for your teen to join her peers and talk through issues that impact her emotional health in a safe and comfortable environment. We are a judgement free space for sharing, learning and growing.
