Patient Satisfaction


Patient satisfaction surveys are administered throughout the year to random samples of patients for a specific medical provider.  Results are aggregated over a six month period, and a summary of results is provided to Sixteenth Street.  The survey tool is a product of the Midwest Clinicians Network.

Front Desk is friendly and helpful: 92.6% rated Very Good/Good
Nurses and Medical Assistants listen to you: 96.4% rated Very Good/Good
Providers Listens to you: 97.5% rated Very Good/Good
Providers Answers your questions: 97.2% rated Very Good/Good
