Sixteenth Street provides an array of health services for men and women, families and children.  As a Community Health Center, these services are provided in a neighborhood setting, with respect for the language and culture of the residents of the community and are made available without regard to insurance status.

Medical Services

At Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers we employ fully licensed and board certified doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and certified nurse – midwives.  With a multi-cultural, bilingual staff we pride ourselves on offering high quality, family-based, compassionate care to more than 36,000 individuals each year.

Behavioral Health

The complete range of out-patient mental health services for all ages provided by 17 staff members (13 bi-lingual in Spanish and English) including psychiatrists, psychologists, family therapists and social workers.

Dental Services

Dental services are available to Sixteenth Street’s uninsured patients through a grant funded referral program with Dental Associates.  In addition,  Marquette University’s School of Dentistry operates an oral health clinic at Sixteenth Street’s Parkway location at 2906 S. 20th Street.
